Since the pandemic, I’ve for reasons unclear found all restaurant-opening announcements trivial. So much frippery.

I once went to a holiday party at the house of a vineyard owner. Their whole kitchen was set up with all types of wine choices. I said I was not a wine connoisseur, so id have whatever they recommend.

His advice was right on point:

"If you like it, drink it!"
