Thank you! Do you have any particular recommendations for non-drowsy antihistamines? Currently in school and final exams are approaching, so I would very much love to be at 100% without any drowsy spells making my circumstances worse :(

Claritin is non-drowsy. Avoid Zyrtec, it's in the same family as benadryl and can have the same effect for some people.

I take a generic version of xyzal before bed every night and use the Flonase in the morning during peak allergies in the spring and fall.

I take mine at night because I found that even the stuff labeled 'non drowsy' still made me drowsy. So I opted to take a regular pill and go to bed.

Zyrtec for itch, and you can ramp up to 4 per day as needed, per my dermatologist.

And only really boring plain gentle skin care like Dove bar soap and Cerave or Cetaphil moisturizer.

Try lotion before you spend money on the meds. If you're like me that will take care of it.
