How old are you?.if your considered elderly then I would recommend not using Septa..but if it's absolutely necessary then go between certain hours. Panhandlers will still be out but the young "bulls" are what scares me. If your not up on defending yourself or at the very least in some sort of shape to let one know "this is going to be difficult" then I would stick with a ride share.
