What is so popular late night at 11th and Washington?

As I write this, the parking lot across from my apartment is buzzing. Tons of people. I thought this was just a shopping center (where Pho 75 is) but is there a secret night club or something? I just had to listen to two people scream and chase each other around the parking lot from 2-3am in front of a big crowd. Google said there was a club years ago but it has been closed for quite some time. What gives? Will I have to hear lunatics every weekend outside my window?

It’s a new club on the 2nd floor of the shopping center close to 11th. Walked by it Friday night after the Phils and it was still bumpin. Almost went in to wait for Ubers to go down, could’ve given an eyewitness report, too bad 🤷‍♂️
