People give this place so much shit for "not being authentic" but damn it's delicious. I don't think they ever claimed to be authentic in any way, so let them be delicious, with a good bar and outside seating and stop either complaining or gatekeeping. They do what they do, a little pricey but their own original version and it's enjoyable. Cheesesteak bao bun is great!
