I know I know… It’s 95… it’s been under construction since I got my license 30 years ago, but it’d be really cool if they opened up the squeeze before the snow starts to fall. From what I can see while playing defense against the Altimas and Chargers they might be laying road surface on the other side of the wall but it’s hard to tell.

My own conspiracy theory: 95 is nothing more than a jobs program and will never be truely complete, once one section is complete another will begin work and so on until the whole road is rebuilt. And by then the part they started first will need more work.

So to answer your question.. never

“will continue into 2025 and beyond.” According to Penndot. So I’d bet around 2040, then in 2042 it’ll be time to fix it again.

at some point there will be a 'revive95revive.com' where we spend $1 billion dollars to rebuild the website because it only operates on IE11 and not on my Google Super Future Headset with Automatic Masturbator set without upgrading

When they announced it. It was supposed to be done in 2019. Also they've been working on Aramingo ave for about 40 years no lie.

If it's the section north of the city before bridge St, the closed off side is almost done. They are finishing off a couple bridges and pouring the barrier wall by the trains.

I think they will have to then pour the center barrier so I bet it will be 3 lanes for a while, but the southbound side will be against the trains again.

Yes! This is exactly what I was hoping to hear. The way it’s laid out right now is awful. Even if it’s still tight over by the trains at least it will be flat and hopefully more straight.

It's pretty bad now because morons hit the center barrier and push it into travel lanes, so the left lane gets dangerously narrow at parts.
