Looking at a budget of around $10k for about 100 people, would prefer to avoid barns/firehouse, and we want to bring our own catering 😊 in the city or burbs is totally fine!! It's been hard to find things that meet all of the criteria above, so any leads are extremely welcome

Check out Fleischer art memorial. It was a very affordable and unique venue. They have parking on site and the park nextdoor is a gorgeous spot for the ceremony

My wedding was at Ruba Club. It was affordable and a very nice venue. Parking isn't the best, but we pulled it off. Highly recommended.

Is this place still around? Maybe too small but several of my relatives who weren't exactly rich opted for: Yerkes Wedding Salon (267) 341-7318 https://maps.app.goo.gl/CzAZkw7P1MJgcnvH8

Don't know the details though about the venue as it's been decades since I was last there and unsure how things are now in COVID/post-COVID times. I don't know much about wedding venues so I wonder if Yerkes might actually be too cheap/small.

My sister got married here a few years ago and it was really affordable. They have catering packages or you can rent the hall without food for a good price.
