Sicilian is the closest you are gonna get. aldos pizzarama used to be awesome. santuccis was also good.

Chicago style or just thick crust? There’s a Santuccis up that way. Hook and Master is Chicago style but down in Kensington, so probably not far enough out.

Unfortunately getting something like a Lou Malnati‘s out this way is tough.

Doubt you'll find something comparable in NE Philly, but there's a place out near Collegeville called Gennaro's II. They do Chicago deep dish that absolutely slaps.
