My mom died, I need to claim the deed and take over the mortgage and do probate I guess (wasn't really any 'estate' except the house). I think I've posted this before and people gave me recommendations but I'm just gonna do it again so here it goes

I had Patrick Murphy write up my will. He’s an estate lawyer, was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. He made an awful task, not awful. I’m including the number because it’s a pretty common name. I don’t know if he ventures into real estate thou 215-335-9221
