Flying into PHL to terminal C on a domestic flight. Centurion lounge seems to be in terminal A (west). Is it possible to walk over two terminals and gain access to this lounge?

I believe it’s only available for outgoing flights. Not arriving. Maybe double check that before you walk all the way over there.

This is correct, it's only accessible to folks waiting for a departing flight.

Yeah. Amex allows their cardholders access to the lounge a few hours before a flight or the entirety of their layover. If you don't have an onward ticket they won't let you in.

It’s in A-West. Probably, 10-15 minutes to get over there and back, a bit longer if your inbound gate is at the furthest reaches of C. But everything is airside and you won’t have to re-clear TSA.
