Around 23rd and oakford. Super friendly, has a collar, but not tag. Tried to take it to the vet to see if it has a microchip but it got away before I could put it in the cat carrier.

Will post pics if I see it again.

Didn’t think of that, the collar had a bell so I don’t think that was the case but could be a possibility I guess

People will also bell such cats to protect bird populations. I love my (indoor only) cats, but cats cause serious harm to bird populations just for fun.
