many penn students would disagree about cvs, judging by how many people I see coming out of there with bags full of stuff they could get for half the price within half a mile's walk

Yes, in the burbs they do. This title is misleading bc it’s Philly and surrounding areas. If it was just Philly, the numbers would be very different
