It would be cool for my kids to experience something like the blizzard of 93 and 96. The ice storms of those same years.

Those back to back storms were nuts. I lived on a super tiny side street that didn't get plowed for over a week. Had to pay the neighborhood kids to help shovel us out. It sounds like I'm bitching, but I actually remember it very fondly.

Now a days a lot of us will still log on to work from home, so we won't get quite as great experience, but it would be fantastic nevertheless.

Shhhhh….you shut your mouth 😳 (I’m kidding, of course)
My job is in a hospital, and these damn storms are nightmares to us, we usually have to stay in the hospital for days on end to make sure the patients get care….

I never want to experience that again.

Blizzard, OK. Ice storms? Please no. They make a goddamn mess out here in the burbs. Trees down everywhere.
