I’m a doordasher and I drive around the city. I saw a poor old man asking for food a couple minutes ago and I felt really sad. I would like to gather some food to distribute homeless people while I drive, if anyone knows let me know, I can pick it up now.

Community fridges are a good start. I know the Fridge on 52nd is just about to be restocked around 3pm with a bunch of meat and vegan options. Not sure what the other fridges around the city have to provide.
