Lantern Theater Company at 10th and Ludlow does consistently good, interesting work in an intimate theater setting for a reasonable ticket price. No affiliation, just a fan.

I’m a fan of just about all of them. I’ve only been truly disappointed by Walnut more than a few times, and for the money, I just stay away.
Curio is my favorite intimate setting quirky theatre in West Philly.
