It's not just how a company does the job right, but how they correct their mistakes. They messed up on a friend's house. They owned up to it and they did a terrific job of remediation of damage and went above and beyond to make it better than it was before. The friend recommended them to me AFTER the incident, so that's always a good sign. I used them and I too was more than happy with the results.
