Apparently they lost their tax exemption in 2017 and are one of the city’s biggest real estate delinquents.

Sounds like the city should take them to sheriff sale for unpaid taxes.

This, yes we just need to wait for them to slip on taxes then the city can take it and finally give the old girl a use. Poor building, just wants some occupants 😢
