Just wanted to recognize a business that's being a really good neighbor.
I've used Solace pharmacy on Ridge Ave for a few years now and have always been really happy with them. They know what they're talking about, independent and have some cool stuff in the store that my hippie wife loves.
The other day, though, I was talking with them and mentioned the loading zone they have in front of the store and how cool it is that they don't have people double parking in the middle of Ridge Ave endangering everyone to pick up their prescriptions. They told me that they applied to the city and pay a fee for the loading zone. I never knew those zones were paid for by the businesses.
From now on, I'm more likely to use businesses that have the loading zone. It's a good thing that helps keep everyone safe. I'd love to hear about other local businesses that have taken this step to be a good neighbor.

I've been using them for a while as well, they are always so kind when in the store. Most of my prescriptions have been filled the same when using them, while CVS would take a day or too.
