Good Dog did but haven't been since fall. Parc is plain old toasty but make sure you reserve on the app or phone saying you want a 'Chalet.' Via Locusta down locust has them as well. Village Whiskey had outdoor tables but no real protection.

I would double check any recommendations given here. The City recently passed new rules and guidelines for outdoor dining which requires most, if not all, restaurants to go through a permitting process for their outdoor dining areas. I have yet to read through all of them but I do believe there are barriers to the the heating components that may require restaurants to remove them.

Been to Cafe Lift (Loft District) a few times- they have a shipping container they transformed into seating, and delicious brunch/ lunch food.
