I meant commercial below residential. Not necessarily a grocery, although I’m sure a Lidl or Aldi would be welcomed. The prices in most of those markets are $$$

Gotcha, that makes sense. Yeah I used to live right by Mom’s and it’s infuriatingly expensive… but I still went 🙄
