The mainline health system has been really great at getting appointments with doctors (even specialists) in a timely fashion.

Stoll Medical Group, as long as you’re fine not always booking with “your” doc if you need to be seen quickly.

Drexel internal medicine has CRNPs if you need to see someone asap. I just made an appt for upcoming week so I’m sure they got more appts available.

There’s a guy on my corner who will tell you you’re not right. He will give you a script for what ever ails you.

Seconding Stoll. Also if you have health insurance, they probably have a phone line where you can call and talk to a nurse if you need some questions answered before the appointment.

There exists a service called a concierge doctor. For an extra yearly fee you can have your own doctor that will make house calls and see you when you want to be seen. With the service you can avoid a lot of obstacles with regards to getting an appointment, referral, script', whenever and wherever. If your doctor is on vacation and you need to be seen, your doctor will come back to see you.

Rittenhouse women’s wellness accepts new patients pretty quickly. You do have to be a woman. Otherwise mainline usually has pretty quick turn springs for appointments.

Mainline health has been good for that for me. My doctor (Dr. Picciano) is great, and her practice has a few doctors, so if you don't absolutely need to see YOUR doctor you can get in with a day or two notice.

Roxborough Internal Medicine has been able to see me on a day or two's notice recently and overall some of the issues I couldn't figure out before have improved since I started there.
