Positive pressure suits. Usually only used for some real toxic-ass-shit. The air pressure prevents any airborne substances from entering. I wonder what this dude was thought to have been in possession of.

The news doesn't really specify explicitly. The man has apparently claimed to be in possession of hazardous materials, and has been decontaminated and checked for radioactive materials.
