Artist proof. TECHNICALLY not a legal card, but it's just lacking the back and it was both signed and owned by Christopher Rush himself, so... if he wants to play it in Vintage, NO ONE is going to say "no".

I think actual Lotuses top out at 600k-750k

At the time, you spent your money on something you enjoyed and what those were worth at that time. So time/money spent on something you enjoyed at that time is definitely no loss. Time/money spent on anything you enjoy to you is special and in no way a waste lol!
