Due to poor planning by the city a stampede happened during Halloween party held in Seoul
150 dead 150 injured so far. Lots of videos of it online. Really tragic

Idk what happened to the people who planned astrofest? Granted US vs Korea but still these people won't suffer a fraction of what these victims felt.

It's really awful. I used to live in that neighbourhood and I just can't fathom how it happened. There's so many ways out of that alley, the crowd must have been insane.
