Due to poor planning by the city a stampede happened during Halloween party held in Seoul
150 dead 150 injured so far. Lots of videos of it online. Really tragic

However that was stupid to organize a Halloween in country when it is not native to. Commercial opportunity to sell bibelots over human lives and tradition that is always disgusting.

It's really awful. I used to live in that neighbourhood and I just can't fathom how it happened. There's so many ways out of that alley, the crowd must have been insane.
