I hope they were OK because back then their car was as dangerous as the accident. Many, many people were killed by their steering wheels, rear view mirrors and glove box doors.

Not sure on top speed lol from what he said they were stopped and the other driverwas going 30-40mph he yelled and his aunt tried to get out of the way, I believe he said other driver was drunk

He must've shown it to you from beyond the grave or been very lucky. It's typical for older cars like this to have metal dashboards and no seat belts.
