I doubt those leds deliver much PFFD (or whatever it’s called) to pertinent areas. Probably doesn’t even make a difference if you take in the surrounding light pollution in that area to begin with

I hope so. When things can't sleep because it's never dark, they often die.

It looks better from the American side

I’ve been to both sides plenty of times, and I’ve always enjoyed the Canadian side better. But that’s just my opinion.

The Canadian side has a lot more to do but the best experience of Niagara falls is on the American side

Not much lives inside of the literal waterfall

But does the light affect plant aquatic life at the bottom of the falls? I know you can trick plants into thinking the season is changing, just by adding/changing "daylight" times.

I read an article about the falls recently that was quite interesting. One thing I learned is that the flow is highly regulated and water volume is reduced significantly at night. It's pumped up in the daytime for viewing purposes only.

Damned industrial pollution has ruined this natural wonder. All that water that glows in the dark, and mutant tour guides who chase after you with an upsell...

I think the best experience is from the Maid of the Mist.
