I posted this more so because I thought it was a joke, with the spelling and whatnot. Though I think it is rather sincere, perhaps someone from the south or just wishing they were from the south. But upon further inspection it seems to have just been poor wording.

I know this post is meant to be funny--and it is--but I grew up in a household imbued with this mentality. Ultimately it's pretty sad. This is the same mindset as the crazies in 2020 who wouldn't mask or take the vaccine. 'Jesus is my vaccine!' they shouted at us.

These are people terrified by their own mortality.

Riding a bike off roads usually on gravel or dirt. It usually doesn't involve large rocks or roots like some mountain bike trails.

There are bikes specialized for gravel riding called gravel bikes. They usually have slightly wider tires than road bikes, but are a similar shape.
