My parents are coming into town and one is strictly vegan for health reasons, whereas the other is the world’s pickiest eater and probably wouldn’t eat vegan food. Any restaurants recs that have tasty food for both?

Mad Mex is Shadyside has a bunch of vegan options. D's in Regent Square has veggie dogs and burgers and serves typical bar food otherwise (for your more picky parent).
