The answer would also largely depend on from where you are coming... someone moving here from LA is going to view it differently than someone moving from, say, Detroit.

hey! i too lived on the eastern shore before moving to Pittsburgh. my partner and I own a house in brighton heights. it's been very affordable for us but we also bought in late 2019 before housing prices went nuts.
