On cedar? I’d probably avoid all of cedar but that’s me. It seems to have gotten a bit better since they cleared out the homeless camp (it’s a sad reality) but east Ohio and cedar are not places I go near at night. If you can find something closer to the Mexican war streets or Allegheny west, go for it. It’s an awesome area but that immediate area is rough. Seen way too many junkies overdosing in the road over there
