Long story short, I need to feed a whole mess of in-laws this weekend due to a death in my husband’s family. One aunt is gluten, dairy, and I -think- egg free.

Is there anywhere I could go to pick up a hot lunch or dinner for her? I’m not great in sad situations but I can, at least, make sure everyone is fed.

Mandy’s pizza in westview has a gluten free vegan friendly pizza. Also has a extensive gluten free menu.

Worth noting that Mandy's is not just doing it to be trendy, one of the owner's children I believe has celiac's and they take it really seriously. One of the few places I actually trust vs say Eat n Park's gluten-free buns that you know the burger is coming off the same grill as everything else.

I use to work there for a long time. The former owner Steve did it all for his son Brandon. He sold the business within the past year due to some health issues. He’s really a good guy. Anytime I see someone ask I recommend the place. From what I’ve heard Steve’s wife still comes and makes the gluten free crust. I believe Brandon not only has celiacs but severe food allergies. It’s why Steve was pretty strict on the product being made well and proper.

Yeah they used to have a page on their website saying about as much, I looked for it to link it but it's no more. Probably because it changed ownership. Sad to hear about the health issues but I'm glad to hear the new owners are keeping it going/keeping the spirit of the former owners. Best GF pizza in town, it's a 30 minute drive for me and worth it every time.

The Colombian Spot is celiac friendly, but some dishes use dairy and egg. Check the menu and don't hesitate to call and ask if a particular dish does/doesn't have an ingredient.

Thank you that might be good! She’s not vegan, believe it or not, just full of allergies

Thai Cuisine has a bunch of gluten free (and dairy free) options. I also recommend Pastoli's pizza

They have some gluten free options in their Sunday brunch, but I don't know what the menu looks like on other days.

Onion Maiden up in the Allentown neighborhood of Mount Washington. It's a vegan place but it's really good possibly the best newish restaurant in the burgh. Get the cashew cheese cake for dessert!

Thai food. Most uses rice noodles and coconut milk. Ask her what she eats while traveling.
