How would you search on Zillow? I don't think much of anything would help.

They do exist though. I used to live in one of the townhouses off Forbes/Beechwood and they were all separated with fences. In-laws lived in a house on Solway that had a big fenced yard.

Turnover and inventory is incredibly low there, and probably always will be. You're going to have to keep sliding that budget slider to the right from wherever you might have started, and you probably need to find a good agent if you're serious about moving there.

What’s your price point? I didn’t find one I squirrel hill for less than 300k, there were a few in greenfield for under that price. But as another commenter noted, fences aren’t too hard to install.

and i never use that junk fee.(the 'my broker makes me do it even though i keep the money' charge that most other areas dont slip in there)

I have a house in squirrel hill with a large fenced back yard and so do all my neighbors, Zillow estimates my home value at $850. Is that where your budget is?
