Omg. I haven't thought about yohembine since 2000 or so. I think that was used in human medicine for erectile dysfunction iirc.

I think the safety margin in humans is much greater given the large uncontrolled trial going on in Philly. I do think the sleeping for 24+ hours with it can be dangerous if you're exposed to the elements or not eating but it doesn't seem like it kills humans. And I'm assuming people are just shooting themselves up with massive doses.
