I've noticed that the salad mix i usually get as well as other produce being at or close to the expiration date my past few trips there. I stopped shopping at Aldi because everything spoiled so quickly. Seems to be an issue everywhere.

Supply chain issues/labor shortages/back logs at the ports due to the pandemic where all reasonable explanations that I could understand. I know labor can still be an issue but transportation wise everything is in a much better place. Im just not so sure this is only a labor issue.
