This is the same jaggoff who put a board with nails in it under the tires of one of the township council members (who lives down the street from him) when the victim was at Kuhn's on Banksville Road. When he went to court, he not only admitted to it, but bragged about how he'd do it again and wishes he could have caused more damage. Then when the judge found in favor of the plaintiff, flipped out that the judicial system is broken and had violated his freedom of speech.
