It was a family member is my guess, but the call was over Facebook and it didn't get through. It was saying "connecting" but won't connect. BUT! I think I figured out whose phone it is, since while it was trying to connect I could see a profile pic of the owner. Went on Facebook, found who was trying to call, and bam! same profile picture among the friends. Wrote both a message. Waiting for response. It seems the owner works in a restaurant nearby. Will go there later to see if they're in today

Update. They're working at the restaurant and I could speak to them a few mins ago, so I'll bring them the phone later today. Yay! Success! Thanks to everyone for your help with this
