It could have been. But if it was an accident there would have been caution tape closing off a parking lot by the hospital with police investigating. Could have been the same incident but....10 shootings in 24 hours on the northside...they could easily be mistaken for one another.

I live snack in the middle of the Northside. Get a police scanner app. Very important right now when this stuff is happening to know what's up and where not to go.

My neighbor told me a guy shot himself in the leg by the liquor store on East Ohio. Doesn’t seem connected, but who knows.
