Panadería Jazmín has authentic, fresh Mexican pan dulce (bolillos, conchas, pasteles tres leches, etc). Great place and the owners are also super down to earth, it’s tucked away in a small shop in Mt Lebanon

Tasty taquitos on Penn avenue and El Rincon oaxaqueño at the Strip have the best tacos I’ve tasted in Pittsburgh (both are food trucks).

Cilantro y ajo in south side has delicious arepas and Venezuelan food

Oddly enough best chicharrón I’ve had was from Muddy Waters (a seafood place) in East Liberty.

Enjoy!

What was the chicharrón dish called? I don’t think I see it on the menu

I think it might only be in their in person happy hour menu (has their oysters + some appetizers + drinks). I couldn’t find it online but I was just there last month and they definitely had chicharrón haha
