Looks like some kind of pipeline or something. 837 I feel isn't going to be open for a while.

They tried to open it to cars only for a bit but the trucks were ignoring the signs and using it anyway. 🙄 so they had to shut it all back down.

Yup it was so nice when that section was open. I didn't mind the little detour there.
