My biggest pet peeve is when someone who knows absolutely nothing about construction goes online and pretends to know enough to assess what every worker is doing.

Well, when you're sitting in a car for over an hour of bumper to bumper traffic and see that everyone is just standing there it's not a good look. Seems like poor use of time and poor management. Again what do I know about construction?
