That’s why I asked. I have a friend who lives on Connor Road in Mt Lebanon/Castle Shannon. There’s no sidewalks and no one comes to their house. It’s just not a safe place to trick or treat.
It’s a fine neighborhood to live in, but not for Halloween. Nothing having to do with boogie men

You can be in your neighborhood on a different street. It's not like you gotta be "everyone hop in the car, we're going to Sewickley!"
