Traffic

Is it just me or has traffic gotten even more out of control in the last year?

I live 25 minutes from my office yet I spend 2 hours in the car per day to get there and back. No matter where I go around Pittsburgh I sit in traffic for 30 minutes and there is always a wreck.

Not sure how so many people are totalling cars while in standstill traffic but I continue to be baffled everyday I get in the car.

Need much more difficult drivers tests in the US if you ask me.

In that case, you live 1 hour from your office.

I have noticed a huge uptick in the last 6 months of people parked at green lights looking at their g-d phones. Or I pass people on the highway and they are holding it below the steering wheel obviously staring down at it. ugh. Please buy your loved ones a phone cradle for the holidays. They're going to look at it anyway, might as well be safer about it.

It seems to me like I see an accident every day - it seems between 376 inbound beginning anywhere before the tunnels -and 297N around McKnight - I see some horrible accident.

Yep everyday almost. Someone died a few mornings ago. Again in standstill traffic... Very puzzling

We did come out of the pandemic over the last year. Traffic has gone back up as more places reopen or demand in office presence
