I've found queer salons in Pittsburgh, but I'm having trouble finding one that specialized in textured hair.

Any recommendations for a salon that works with 4c and is queer friendly? Specifically trans friendly

Absolutely seconding Kindred Curl. Kelly is definitely queer friendly.

You could also check out Anouk Curl Studio. Janaya used to work at Kindred Curl before going out on her own. She's also definitely safe.
