The wooden playground at Dormont Park is a classic. Probably the best place around for hide and seek.

Wiltshire Park, Upper St Clair is small but lots to do. The Rec Center park on Boyce Mayview Road in Upper St Clair. If you really like nature, Robb Hollow in Mt Lebanon or Peterswood in Peters/Venetia. And South Park in Bethel/South Park is HUGE.

Casey’s Clubhouse (USC Rec Center) is our go to. Nice big space, cool playground, and good walking paths.

The USC Library one is great too. There’s a smaller one that’s great for toddlers and a bigger one that has some of the more challenging climbs and taller slides in the area.

Pleasant kingdom behind the pleasant hills borough building. Great playground with lots of shade. Most of the parks are full on sun, but this is great in the middle of summer

Not really south hills area, but maybe they’ll like everything South Park has to offer?

The one we went to was trash. Dog shit everywhere and the equipment was in bad shape/dangerous. Too close to heave traffic too
