Bartrams has great options. You will need to plan ahead. They appear to be in demand and tight on staffing, as is the world at the moment. Also they are not the cheapest option. If you are in that area and have time it is certainly worth a stop and a taste. Best of luck

I know it’s not in Wexford and it’s not that far of a drive but Sweet Morsel in Allison Park. My niece has ordered several custom cakes/cookies/cupcakes from there recently and they’ve all been excellent!!
