  • Penn Hills - Some nice places but overall not great. Expect ridiculous water and sewage bills. Borders East Hills where someone gets shot weekly
  • Churchill - Nice but expensive
  • Wilkins Township - Nice and more affordable
  • Wilkinsburg - Not great, weekly shootings, high school taxes, some nice areas but only the further you get away from the city
