I saved this tiny creature from a pointsetta at work. The people who caught him didn't know what to do. I have him in a nice little tank now but can't keep it. Anyone who keeps these guys want it? Please help! It is very perky and healthy I want it to have a chance. UPDATE* JUST GOT TAKEN TO A GOOD FOREVER HOME BY A TRUSTED REPTILE OWNER MY KID KNOWS. THANK YOU ALL FOR REACHING OUT. WE SAVED A LIL DUDE! YEAH!

Is it natural to find them up in PA? I found 2 of them a few years ago in the men's room of the McKnight road Olive Garden. It was so strange.

Bring it over to the Humane Animal Rescue Pittsburgh, or Sara's as another commenter said. Both will take care of it and find a home.

They can hitchhike on plants but they don't live here natively.

I used to work at a Petland in Cranberry and we had a population of escaped house geckos living in the ceiling. They were cute. That storefront is something else now. Sometimes I think about those geckos and wonder if they're still popping into the bathroom in the back. I hope they're doing okay.

There’s a plant shop in Butler called Grows on Main. They have two anoles in their shop that have hitched a ride on plant shipments. They’ve set up a little aquarium habitat for them. They might take yours.

I’ll take it!!! I’m an experienced reptile keeper in the eastern suburbs who’s been looking for an opportunity to house a Mediterranean house gecko or brown anole! DM me, please!
