Urban Air seems to be really popular and have the birthday party thing down to a science.

My 7-year-old daughter raved about a party there and begs to go back all the time.

This is it! I have a February birthday and as an elementary aged kid, my parties were always at SnoZone (RIP)

I also had an indoor swimming party at the Carnegie Library in Homestead, so you could also look into an indoor pool option

I was also going to say Urban Air or Sky Zone! The Dragon’s Den, it is an indoor ropes course. Carnegie Science Center

My kids Bday is in December. We did a Birthday party a couple years ago at the Trampoline Park in Bridgeville. Now called something else but still seems to have reasonable pricing options. The kids loved it and the staff was very chill (teens). We brought our own cake.

The Wheel Mill was already mentioned but would be a top choice for me. Ascend Climbing Wall might also be an option (never been to a birthday party there, but I think it would be great).

Zone 28 is similar to Chuckie Cheese, but not half as obnoxious. The games are better and they actually have good food.

Schenley Park Ice Rink is yet another option. Or Alpha Ice Complex if you don't want to risk a warm day.

What’s good about wheel mill? Kids just do biking in doors?

I am not big on stunts on bikes, but my kids love going there, and every time I go there I meet people who have traveled hundreds of miles to be there. It's a big, big draw for people who like this sort of thing. They have really cool bike tracks where you can do all kinds of jumps, races, tricks, flips, etc. I wish I had the language for it. Maybe just take the kid there once before you schedule a party to see if it's the kind of thing (s)he would like. You have to try it once!

Tubing has been mentioned. I'm sure there are cheaper alternatives, but many moons ago my parents threw me a tubing party at 7 springs. Back then it was somewhat reasonable, I don't know how much it would cost today but I know skiing there has gone up considerably. Anyway it sticks with me as one of my favorite childhood memories. Part of that might have been I didn't get a lot of birthday parties that weren't at home because my parents didn't have much money until I was a few years away from being an adult. Regardless I really enjoyed it and planned tubing for my nephew that's about the age your child last year and it seemed like he and his friends had a blast.

The Science Center has party rooms. I forget all the details regarding cost, but I do remember it being pretty reasonable. You bring your own food too which was nice.
