My last time in there wasn't a great experience but I feel like most food places are short staffed.

Every Chipotle I've been to in the area in the last year has had severe stock issues. I haven't gotten every item I like in an order there in ages. And it sucks because I don't live in town anymore and only get the chance on occasions.

Monroeville is generally a complete disaster

Honestly every Chipotle has went drastically down hill this year. I quit going. I’ll stick to a bowl from Condado if I’m in the mood. Same price and much better.

I was going to agree with you, but I gather from the rest of the comments that all Chipotles in the area are garbage lol. That Robinson one is the worst among the 4 or so I have gone to in the past 3 years in my opinion.

I think what makes it worse is that you fight all that bumper-to-bumper Town Center traffic getting there and that violent Walmart parking lot, and then you are blessed with that wonderful Chipotle experience.

I cant change anyone's mind about that.

Have NEVER had a good experience there.

Robinson is terrible, I go to the moon one now.

I like to run in there when I need to pee, and I have witnessed more than one employee skip washing their hands.🤮

I think it depends on the time of day…Robinson is always out of something and moon is just slow.

The Century III Chipotle says hold my beer! Never any Fajita veggies and they constantly char the chicken.
